Sunset Station is a hotel and casino in Henderson, Nevada that caters to Southern Nevada “locals”. It opened on June 10, 1997, and is located 10 miles from the Las Vegas Strip and 6 miles from Harry Reid International Airport.
It is owned and operated by Station Casinos (Red Rock Resorts) and has a Spanish Empire theme.
They have 448 rooms and suites in a 21-story tower. Standard rooms measure 350 square-feet and suites measure 450-1,025 square-feet. Many rooms feature great views of the Las Vegas Valley.
They have a nice pool that is open seasonally, 24/7 fitness center and gift shop.
They have over 160,000 square-feet of gaming space with over 2,000 slot, keno and video poker machines. The 30-table casino pit has all the popular table games, including Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker and more.
The 250-seat Bingo Hall is open from 9am to 11pm daily with sessions at the top of each odd hour. They also have Live Keno and a 12,000 square-foot STN Race & Sports Book with a 150-foot LED Screen wall. They use the my|Rewards Boarding Pass card.

Attractions include Strike Zone Bowling Center with 72-lanes, Regal Cinemas with 13-screens, Cyber Quest and Kid’s Quest.
They have a 5,000-seat outdoor amphitheater and 800-seat Side Lawn that both host concerts and other events throughout the year.
They also have 13,000 square-feet of flexible meeting and event space.
Fun Fact: Sunset Station has the second largest casino floor in Southern Nevada, measuring over 163,000 square-feet. The largest is Wynn/Encore with over 191,000 square-feet of gaming space.
Fun Fact 2: In 2005, when Strike Zone Bowling Center was built it was the most expensive bowling alley in the country at a cost of $26 million.
