Fun Fact: The Luxor Sky Beam is the strongest beam of light in the world. It is so powerful that it’s visible to air travelers in Los Angeles, the single beam is created by 39 individual xenon lights with 7,000-watt bulbs. The lights are located in a room 50 feet below the tip of the pyramid and, when on, bring the temperature of the room to upwards of 300°F.
Fun Fact 2: Because of the pyramid shape, the guest elevators (inclinators) travel along the corners at a 39-degree angle.
