On Monday, October 19 Din Tai Fung opened at the Aria Resort & Casino. It is located in the space that was the former Aria Cafe, that was known as the largest 24-hour cafe on the Las Vegas Strip. Din Tai Fung is expected to serve 10,000 soup dumplings daily in the 5,580 square foot restaurant.
