The Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino is on Fremont Street and it opened in 1946. The hotel features 2,419 rooms and suites in three Towers.
The casino has both new and older slot machines. They have a full casino pit with all games offered, Race & Sports Book and Poker Room. The Golden Nugget uses the 24K Select players card.
They have many very good dining options in all price ranges. In 2005 Houston based restaurant operator Landry’s purchased the Golden Nugget Las Vegas and most of the restaurants are Landry’s branded.
The pool is on three levels and very nice. You can take the water slide through a Shark Tank and gamble at the pool.
