Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa announced the opening of Render Modern Kitchen, an all-new 24/7 contemporary gastropub serving approachable comfort food, international dishes and handcrafted beverages. The debut of Render marks the latest major milestone in Boyd Gaming’s ongoing, property-wide reimagining of the North Las Vegas destination.
Designed as an approachable, high-energy neighborhood retreat, Render Modern Kitchen features an urban, rustic-chic aesthetic with rich patina brick walls, architectural steel detailing, dark walnut paneling and a curated art collection inspired by urban street culture. At the heart of the dining room sits a custom central bar accompanied by an adjacent performance stage for live music, flanked by oversized flat-panel televisions positioned throughout the space.
Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight fare daily, Render offers a mix of classic favorites and fresh twists. The menu features all-day breakfast classics, including the island breakfast with Portuguese sausage or Spam, country-fried steak & eggs, the farm loco moco, strawberry shortcake French toast and buttermilk pancakes, with 100% Vermont maple syrup. Guests can also share appetizers like poke nachos served on crisp wonton chips, candied bacon with a maple bourbon dip, wagyu sliders and hand-stretched 12-inch Neapolitan-style pizzas, or choose from a variety of sandwiches, including the hot honey chicken breast on a warm potato bun.
For lunch and dinner, Render offers hearty plates such as roasted prime rib, Cajun pasta, Scottish salmon, and beef short ribs, alongside sweet finishes like banana pudding and seasonal fruit cobbler topped with Lappert’s vanilla ice cream. The beverage program complements the cuisine with specialty cocktails like the blackberry bourbon smash, smoked old fashioned, and the desert loom crafted with prickly pear and mezcal, in addition to dessert drinks like the espresso martini. Render also features a dedicated zero-proof menu showcasing premium alcohol-free botanical and citrus infusions.

The launch of Render Modern Kitchen is the latest addition to Boyd Gaming’s comprehensive transformation plan for Aliante, aimed at delivering a modernized, premier resort experience for Southern Nevada residents.
Earlier this year, Aliante unveiled its completely transformed Race & Sportsbook, featuring a high-energy layout anchored by a massive 30-foot video wall capable of displaying up to 30 games simultaneously, plush booth and lounge seating, on-site betting kiosks and upcoming VIP booth reservations via OpenTable.
