Resorts World Las Vegas introduces Amici New York Pizzeria, a new dining concept now open at the resort. Led by Amici Executive Chef Ricky McCormick, Amici takes a made-in-house approach to the neighborhood pizzeria, serving slices from oversized 22-inch New York-style pizzas alongside Detroit-style pies that feature inventive seasonal combinations.
At the heart of the menu is Amici’s dough, made in-house and fermented for 48 hours to develop its flavor and texture. From there, the menu moves between the familiar and the unexpected, with classic New York-style combinations and Detroit pies built around bold toppings and riffs on favorite comfort foods.
The Cheeseburger Detroit-Style Pizza turns the flavors of a classic cheeseburger into a thick, crispy-edged pie topped with ground beef, bacon, cheddar, caramelized onion, diced pickles and tomato, then finished with shredded iceberg lettuce and Amici’s secret sauce. The Buffalo Chicken Detroit-Style Pizza layers buffalo chicken and mozzarella with ranch and green onions and will rotate seasonally, making way for a new Detroit-style creation.
For those who like their pizza a little more traditional, Amici’s 22-inch New York-style pies deliver the classics. The Pepperoni New York-Style Pizza features tomato sauce, mozzarella, premium cup-and-char pepperoni and aged Pecorino Romano. Specialty options include the Hot Honey Meat Lovers Pizza, loaded with pepperoni, Italian sausage, all-beef meatballs and crispy bacon with a hot honey finish, while the Burrata & Prosciutto di Parma Pizza pairs fresh burrata and Prosciutto di Parma with tomato, baby arugula and extra virgin olive oil.
The made-in-house approach extends beyond the pies, with Garlic Knots, Caesar Salad, Classic Cannoli, New York Cheesecake and a Snickerdoodle Cookie rounding out the menu. Guests can pair their pizza with draft and bottled beer, wine, non-alcoholic options or the Amalfi Lemon Sgroppino.
Amici New York Pizzeria is now open at Resorts World Las Vegas in the former Mulberry space. Regular hours of operation are:
