M Resort Spa Casino, located 11 miles from the Las Vegas Strip in Henderson unveiled the first phase of the resort’s reported $206 million-dollar expansion.
This phase included a renovated 39-game table game pit with reupholstered tables with brand-new guest chairs, new modern chandeliers with enhanced lighting and 1,125 square-feet of new carpet.
The High Limit Room has new wallpaper, upgraded drapery, accent walls, updated lighting, furniture, and table layouts.
“Our goal was to create an immersive, elevated casino experience that connects with our identity as a resort retreat,” said Hussain Mahrous, the property’s vice president and general manager. “These design upgrades celebrate the natural beauty of our desert location and signal what’s to come with the completion of our expansion.”
They also relocated the Coors Light Chill Zone next to Raiders Tavern & Grill.
The next phases will include additional convention space and a ballroom that will open in late 2025. A second guestroom tower is scheduled to be completed in mid-January 2026. This will bring the hotel room and suite count from 390 to 774.
