Palms Pool Opens March 16, 2026 with Free Cabanas for Locals

Pool season officially returns to Las Vegas as Palms Casino Resort opens Palms Pool for the 2026 season on Monday, March 16, welcoming locals and visitors alike to one of the city’s most relaxed and inviting poolside escapes. Just days later, Palms turns-up the excitement with the return of Basketball Bonanza, hosting poolside viewing parties for college basketball’s biggest weekend, March 19–22, 2026.

To kick off the season, Palms Pool is offering its most generous locals perk yet: Free cabanas for Las Vegas residents seven days a week from March 16 through April 30, 2026 (*not available March 19-22) delivering a true VIP pool experience without the typical barriers. No cover. No minimums. Just sun, music, cocktails, and space to unwind. Beginning May 1, the free cabana program will continue for locals Sunday through Friday.

Designed as an easygoing alternative to the city’s high-energy dayclub scene, Palms Pool delivers a resort-style atmosphere with multiple pools, plush loungers, private bungalows, and a vibe that’s equal parts laid-back and lively—perfect for weekday escapes, casual meetups, or spontaneous pool days.

“Palms Pool has always been about creating a pool experience that feels approachable, fun, and genuinely welcoming—especially for locals,” said Crystal Robinson-Wesley, VP of Marketing and Entertainment. “Launching the season with free cabanas seven days a week is our way of saying thank you to the local community and giving them an effortless way to enjoy a premium pool day without the hassle or high price tag.”
