Four New Dining Options Coming to Gold Coast Hotel & Casino

There are four new dining options coming soon to the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino, located off the Las Vegas Strip. Diners will be able to choose from Charter 75 Modern Kitchen, Dunkin’, Steak ‘n Shake and Tacos El Pastor.

Charter 75 Modern Kitchen

Charter 75 Modern Kitchen is located in the former TGI Fridays space and is scheduled to open in February. It is an all-new dining experience serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in a fun, casual environment.

It will have an extensive menu featuring breakfast classics, small bites, enticing entrees, and delicious desserts. Signature cocktails, modern classic drinks, live entertainment and a late-night happy hour will also be available.

Dunkin’

Dunkin’ will soon be replacing Java Vegas Coffee. They are known for freshly brewed coffee, handcrafted espresso drinks, and all‑day breakfast favorites.

Dunkin’ will be the perfect stop for your morning routine – or an afternoon pick‑me‑up. From classic donuts to signature beverages, Dunkin’ brings fast, flavorful favorites that keep you moving.

Steak ‘n Shake

A longtime American favorite, Steak ’n Shake is known for its iconic steakburgers, shoestring fries, and hand‑dipped milkshakes.

Whether you’re craving a quick bite or a classic comfort meal, this beloved diner‑style restaurant will soon be ready to serve up timeless favorites.

Tacos El Pastor

Get ready for authentic, flavor‑packed Mexican cuisine at Tacos El Pastor. Featuring traditional marinated al pastor, fresh ingredients, and bold spices, this new spot will deliver rich flavors and street‑style favorites you won’t want to miss.

Both Steak ‘n Shake and Tacos El Pastor are located in a new food court that was formerly Ping Pang Pong, before they expanded into their new larger space.
