Tacos 1986
A Los Angeles institution since 2018, Tacos 1986 has built a devoted following by elevating the traditional Tijuana-style taco with hand-made corn tortillas, fresh ingredients, and bold flavors. The new Summerlin location will stay true to its roots with a standing-room-only, counter service layout, recreating the sights, sounds, and aromas of a classic L.A. street-taco stand.

A humble and incredibly flavorful menu, Tacos 1986 is built on a combination of grilled meat layered in handmade corn tortillas, fresh onion, cilantro, guacamole, and salsa. Guests can choose between flame-grilled Carne Asada and Pollo Asado, thinly sliced Adobada pork cooked on a traditional trompo, and the famous Hongo Mushroom Vegan Tacos. Tacos 1986 will serve its full lineup of taco styles, including its signature Perrones, featuring a made-in-house flour tortilla, melted cheese and your choice of meat topped with pinto beans, Mulitas, a hybrid of the taco and quesadilla, Vampiros, a mix between a tostada and quesadilla – Tacos 1986’s version of a Crunchy Taco, and delicious Quesadillas.

“Tacos 1986 was born on the streets of Los Angeles with a simple goal – to honor the Tijuana-style taco and do it right,” said Victor Delgado, Founder and Owner of Tacos 1986. “Expanding to The Resort at Summerlin marks an exciting chapter, as Tacos 1986 extends that philosophy to Las Vegas and connects two dynamic food cities through a shared appreciation for bold, honest flavors.”

For The Win

The new For The Win in Summerlin will mirror the popular Los Angeles menu, offering a mouthwatering lineup of high-quality sandwiches, including the HamburgerCheeseburger, Grilled Cheese, and Veggie Burger.
