Three New Dining Options Arrive at Rio Hotel & Casino Las Vegas

Two new dining concepts have opened, and another is on the way at Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Eggslut recently opened and The Kitchen Table opened today. A third is coming in Spring 2026 called &pizza.

Eggslut opened on December 19, becoming the first off-Strip Las Vegas location of this popular breakfast spot known for signature breakfast sandwiches.

Eggslut started as a food truck in Los Angeles in 2011 and they opened their first Las Vegas location at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in 2016.

Eggslut is open for breakfast and lunch from 7am-2pm daily.

The Kitchen Table opened on December 29, replacing Hash House a Go Go, that had been at Rio since 2007. It is a modern American breakfast and lunch spot serving familiar favorites with a fresh point of view.

The menu celebrates classic comfort food pancakes, eggs, burgers, and brunch staples elevated through quality ingredients, creative touches, and options for every appetite, from lighter plates to indulgent, hearty fare.

The Kitchen Table is open for breakfast and lunch from 7am-2pm daily.

&pizza, a rapidly rising star in the fast-casual pizza scene, will open its first West Coast location at Rio Hotel & Casino Las Vegas in Spring 2026, marking a major expansion milestone for the fast- brand as it continues to grow beyond its East Coast roots and joins Rio’s revitalized dining lineup.
