Rio to Welcome 2026 with Elevated New Year’s Eve Experiences

On December 31, Rio Hotel & Casino offers a full night of excitement, from early evening family festivities to late-night celebrations. Options include a rooftop fireworks party, an elevated experience at High Steaks Vegas, and a free all-ages viewing zone, creating memorable ways to step into 2026.

High Steaks Vegas | 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. | 10 p.m. – 1 a.m.
Chef James Trees’ new steakhouse, High Steaks Vegas, will host an exclusive New Year’s Eve experience and fireworks viewing 50 floors above the Las Vegas Strip. Guests can enjoy a prix-fixe dinner from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. ($165++), followed by a ticketed celebration from 10 p.m. – 1 a.m. featuring open bar and Champagne toast, elevated bites, roaming entertainment, and rooftop patio access. Tickets start at $300++.

A limited number of VIP experience tickets starting at $500++ are available beginning at 9 p.m. and include first access to the patio and a special Louis XIII tasting.

 VooDoo Lounge | 9 p.m. – 1 a.m.
From 9 p.m.–1 a.m., guests can ring in the new year at VooDoo Lounge with an open-bar fireworks viewing party featuring live music, Champagne toast, and panoramic rooftop views of the biggest show of the year. Tickets start at $175++.

Rio Event Stage | 8:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.
Rio Event Stage is hosting a free, all-ages New Year’s Eve celebration from 8:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m., featuring live music and a coast-to-coast ball drop broadcast. VIP seating packages will be announced soon.
