Rio Hotel & Casino announces Eggslut, the cult-favorite Los Angeles concept known for its chef-driven egg sandwiches, will debut its first off-Strip location on Friday, December 19. The opening marks the latest addition to the resort’s refreshed restaurant collection, located just steps from the front desk.
Eggslut will be open for breakfast and lunch daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. With convenient access from the resort’s main entrance and free parking available on-site, guests can expect the brand’s signature comfort-meets-culinary creativity in a bright, modern space.
Menu highlights include Eggslut’s signature cage-free egg sandwiches, such as the iconic Fairfax with soft scrambled eggs, caramelized onions, cheddar, and sriracha mayo; the Bacon, Egg & Cheese elevated with applewood smoked bacon and chipotle ketchup; and the house-made turkey Sausage, Egg & Cheese – all served on warm brioche buns made fresh. Guests can also enjoy the cult-favorite Slut, a coddled egg over silky potato purée served with slices of baguette along with sides like truffle hashbrowns and buttermilk biscuits.
