On March 20, Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas opened two new beautiful lounges and a totally re-imagined area for Afternoon Tea. Construction has been taking place for over a year for the redesigned spaces on the 23rd floor with spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip.

Hard Shake was built in the space that was formerly called Hotel Bar, and prior to that Sky Bar. This new lounge and bar is very impressive.

They have a large drink menu with some of the finest spirits available. They also have a dozen food items, from Bananas Foster ($21) to Caviar Royale ($180).

“Inspired by the revered hard shake method, our craft blends precision, technique, and imagination. Each cocktail is a masterpiece — a fusion of time-honored tradition and whimsical creativity. Join us as we raise a glass to the unexpected, where every sip tells a story.”

Hard Shake is open Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday 6pm to 12am and Friday & Saturday 6pm to 2am. Reservations. 🌐

Peacock Lounge was built in the space that formerly had the hotel reception and an Afternoon Tea reception. It now comprises two areas. One is a lounge for cocktails and food delicacy’s. The other is designed for Afternoon Tea.

Afternoon Tea Service takes place Wednesday through Sunday with seatings at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm. Reservations are highly recommended. 🌐
