M Resort Spa Casino, in Henderson, located 11-miles south of the Las Vegas Strip, continues construction on a new hotel tower, and they also announced a new poolside restaurant to open in April.
The $206 million expansion broke ground on December 11, 2023, and the tower appears to be just a few stories from topping off.
It will add 384 rooms and 15,000 square-feet of convention space, doubling the resort’s footprint and bringing its total to 774 rooms and suites. It is scheduled to open in early 2026.
“This new addition will benefit from the strong demand of the Henderson locals market while providing much needed additional room capacity for group business that is drawn to our market-leading resort and amenities, including our highly successful partnership with the Las Vegas Raiders” said Jay Snowden, CEO and President of PENN Entertainment.
M Resort also announced a brand new dining concept, simply called Patio. The new restaurant and bar is an all-new outdoor dining experience that will serve up a modern Mexican cuisine and handcrafted cocktails.
Patio will have lounge seating, cantina lights, and a giant 40-foot-wide LED screen for showing sports, Dive-In Movies and other entertainment. It is located at the M Pool and is scheduled to open April 4.
