Café Americano at Paris Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip has completed a full remodel. Construction walls were put in place in late September 2024, and they came down this week.
The restaurant received all new lighting, paint, flooring, furniture and more. Many of the walls have been removed to give the space more of an open and brighter look and the Coffee & Juice bar has been completely redone and expanded.
You can dine in the restaurant’s “patio” that overlooks the casino floor and walkways, or you can choose indoor seating for a quieter meal.

Café Americano also has a Las Vegas location at Caesars Palace Resort & Casino and three in Miami.
