Amaya Modern Mexican Restaurant has opened at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. It is very upscale and blends the coastal flavors and bold spices of Mexico with a multisensory experience.
Amaya spans over 7,000 square-feet across a dining room, bar and lounge. It is located on the second floor and replaces the former Holsteins Shakes & Buns space, that closed in July 2024.
