Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar on the Las Vegas Strip will be having their Grand Opening on Thursday, December 5, just in time for the National Finals Rodeo. They opened with a “soft opening” on Friday. Photos and Menu are posted below.

The 22,500-square-foot, two-story venue features two music stages (one with a large dance floor), 250-seat main dining area, six bars and an outdoor patio.
This will be Aldean’s 4th U.S. location, with the others in Nashville, Gatlinburg and Pittsburgh.
This will give Blake Shelton’s Ole Red at the Grand Bazaar Shops at Horseshoe Las Vegas some stiff competition.
They open at 10am daily and will remain open late Thursdays through Saturdays.
