There are many firework displays taking place this Independence Day in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada. 4th of July 2024 falls on a Thursday. Expect the parties to start on Thursday and last throughout the four day weekend.

The list below shows the different firework displays and more for 2024. Dates other than July 4th are in blue.

Boulder City 4th of July Damboree Celebration & Fireworks

July 4th Parade 9am, Festivities at Veteran’s Memorial Park 4pm and Fireworks 9pm

The 76th annual Damboree is taking place on the 4th of July in Boulder City. It features a parade, fireworks and much more. Details

Caesars Palace Resort & Casino

July 4th Fireworks 9pm

The only fireworks display on the Las Vegas Strip will be shot from the hotel’s Julius Tower beginning around 9pm. The best views will be from the Las Vegas Strip at the front fountains of Caesars Palace.

Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the show will begin at 9 p.m. Guests are welcome to purchase tickets for the event at the property’s gift shop starting at $10 for guests 2-11 years of age and $35 for guests 12 and up – admission includes complimentary light up necklaces while supplies last. Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs will feature fireworks, a DJ, activities, food trucks and more, starting at 6pm July 4. Admission is free.

Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa

July 4th 7:30pm (Fireworks 9pm)

Guests can enjoy a prime view of the firework show from the resort’s Backyard area across the main pool, amphitheater, the pond, and terrace. Doors open at 7:30pm and the fireworks show will begin at 9pm. Guests are welcome to purchase tickets for the event starting Tuesday, June 20 through Tuesday, July 4 at the Casino Gift Shop or the Essentials Gift Shop. Pricing begins at $35 for guests 12 and up and $10 for children ages 2-11. Laughlin – Rockets Over The River

July 4th Fireworks 9pm

Just after dark the annual Rockets Over The River fireworks display will be free for public viewing along the entire Laughlin River Walk or from your favorite Laughlin hotel. This extraordinary display is one of the most spectacular and unique in the West as the pyrotechnic company launches the rockets into the dark desert sky with the reflection of each colorful explosion shimmering on the Colorado River. Patriotic music will be choreographed to the fireworks and simulcast over speakers by Laughlin hotels and local radio stations.

M Resort Spa Casino

July 4th Fireworks 9pm

The resort will host its Fourth of July fireworks in partnership with the City of Henderson’s Fourth of July celebration.

While free public viewing of the fireworks will be available from many areas inside and surrounding the resort, M Pool will offer a premium firework viewing experience as well. M Pool will be open from 10:30am through the conclusion of the fireworks, approximately 9:30pm.

Mesquite – Rockets Over The Red Mesa

This year’s “Rockets Over the Red Mesa” will be at the Sports and Events Complex with the best fireworks show around. The event will be on Thursday, July 4, 2024. The evening starts at 7:30 pm with food trucks and live music. The fireworks show will start at 9:00 pm. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and tailgate. This is a free family friendly event open to all ages.

Pahrump 4th of July Fireworks Show

Bring a blanket or a lawn chair and watch Pahrump’s sky sparkle with a colorful fireworks show. Parking by the Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Station and adjacent helicopter pad will be prohibited for safety reasons. The Fourth of July Fireworks Show is hosted by the Town of Pahrump and will be overseen by Zambelli Fireworks. This is a free event.

Plaza Hotel & Casino Fireworks Viewing Party

July 4th Fireworks 9pm and July 5th Fireworks 9:15pm

Downtown Las Vegas’ only live fireworks show. Hotel guests ages 21 and over will be able to view the fireworks from an exclusive viewing party on the Plaza’s rooftop pool deck. Main Street will be shut down from Carson Avenue to Ogden Avenue for pedestrians to view the fireworks display.

Red Rock’s Sandbar pool will provide a front row view of the breathtaking fireworks show and the sounds of a live DJ. Sphere Fourth of July Celebration

July 4 9:30pm and 11:40pm

Sphere will celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Exosphere’s first illumination on July 4th with an all-new Exosphere content and audio experience – the “Sphere Fourth of July Celebration” presented by Verizon.

The Sphere Fourth of July Celebration will also mark the launch of two new features of the Exosphere experience moving forward: “XO Stream” presented by Verizon – an official livestream of the Exosphere that will be available 24/7 on thesphere.com, and “XO Audio” – custom audio synced to content on the Exosphere that will be audible both onsite within Sphere’s property and online via “XO Stream.”

The performances will take place on July 4 at 9:30pm and 11:40pm and include a fireworks show, a nod to Nevada’s history, the best content featured over the past year, and a pre-show ceremony showing the winning artwork of the Sphere’s UNLV and CCSD student design challenge.

Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade

July 4 Parade starts at 9am

American spirit will be on full display this Fourth of July at the Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade. Be a part of a time-honored tradition, complete with dazzling floats, larger-than-life balloons, dynamic performances, and, of course, tributes to our U.S. military heroes. It’s sure to bring all the small-town spirit and big-city pageantry you’ve come to expect. So, mark your calendar and make plans to celebrate Independence Day with us! This is a free event. Details

Location: The parade begins at Hillpointe Road and Hills Center Drive in Summerlin. Participants continue south toward Village Center Circle then west on Trailwood Drive. Finally, the parade ends at Trailwood Drive and Spring Gate Lane.

Residents are urged to report illegal fireworks by visiting ISpyFireworks.com and reporting the location of the illegal fireworks, instead of calling 911 or 311.
