Emmitt’s Vegas is finally ready to open at Fashion Show Las Vegas (mall) on the Las Vegas Strip. In 2021, former Dallas Cowboys running back and Pro Football Hall of Famer Emmitt Smith first announced plans to open a Las Vegas restaurant. The opening was delayed due to legal issues.
Emmitt’s Vegas is an elevated new American steakhouse that boasts a contemporary menu featuring refreshing modern dishes, signature Southern favorites like Emmitt’s favorite butter cake, hand-crafted cocktails, and a selection of inspired, bold flavors crafted with fresh ingredients.
On Monday, February 19, 2024 they were training employees in the totally reinvented 30,000-square-foot space that formerly was Sugar Factory. Reservations are being accepted starting Monday, February 26.
Hours: 11am-11pm daily (Lunch 11pm-4pm and Dinner 4pm-11pm) and Brunch 10am-3pm Sat & Sun.
