The construction walls are in place for Havana 1957 Cuban Cuisine at the Flamingo Resort & Casino. It is being built in the space that was formerly the Tropical Breeze Cafe, that closed several years ago.
This new Las Vegas Strip location will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and will feature live entertainment. Caesars Entertainment has not issued a press release and calls went unanswered, due to the holiday weekend.
Havana 1957 Cuban Cuisine has five locations in Miami, Florida. It is owned by Vida & Estilo Restaurant Group, that currently operate three restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip, including Café Americano at Caesars Palace and Paris Hotel & Casino and Mercato Della Pescheria in The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian.
