There are many firework displays taking place this Independence Day in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada. 4th of July 2023 falls on a Tuesday. Expect the parties to start on Friday and last through the weekend.

The list below shows the different firework displays and more for 2023. Anything listed in RED does not take place on July 4th.

Caesars Palace Resort & Casino 4th of July Fireworks

July 4th Fireworks 9pm

The 13+ minute fireworks display will be shot from the hotel’s Julius Tower beginning around 9pm. The best views will be from the Las Vegas Strip at the front fountains of Caesars Palace.

Plaza Hotel & Casino Fireworks Viewing Party

July 4th 7:30pm – 9pm (Fireworks 9pm)

Downtown Las Vegas’ only live fireworks show. After the sun sets, the pool transforms into a prime firework viewing location to light the Vegas sky with a live DJ set and cocktails. Doors open at 7:30pm (hotel guests only). Fireworks at 9pm. Must be 21+. Also, Main Street will be shut down from Carson Avenue to Ogden Avenue for pedestrians to view the fireworks display.

Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa 4th of July Fireworks

July 4th 7:30pm – 9pm (Fireworks 9pm)

Guests can enjoy an evening under the sparkling sky at Red Rock’s Sandbar pool for a front row view of the fireworks. Doors open at 7:30pm and the show will begin at 9pm Guests are welcome to purchase tickets for the event at the gift shop starting at $10 for guests 2-11 years of age and $35 for guests 12 and up children under the age of two are free. Admission included complimentary light up necklaces. Guests can enjoy beverages and pizza from Side Piece for purchase. Guests are welcome to purchase tickets for the event starting Tuesday, June 20 through Tuesday, July 4 at Red Rock Gift Shop, Talulah G & Plunge.

Floyd Lamb Park 4th of July Fireworks

July 4th 6pm (Fireworks 9pm)

Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs will feature fireworks, a DJ, activities, food trucks and more, starting at 6pm July 4. Admission is free.

Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa 4th of July Fireworks

July 4th 7:30pm – 9pm (Fireworks 9pm)

Guests can enjoy a prime view of the firework show from the resort’s Backyard area across the main pool, amphitheater, the pond, and terrace. Doors open at 7:30pm and the fireworks show will begin at 9pm. Guests are welcome to purchase tickets for the event starting Tuesday, June 20 through Tuesday, July 4 at the Casino Gift Shop or the Essentials Gift Shop. Pricing begins at $35 for guests 12 and up and $10 for children ages 2-11. Adding to the experience, guests will be provided with complimentary light-up necklaces and are welcome to enjoy frozen treats, snacks, and beverages for purchase.

M Resort Spa Casino 4th of July Fireworks

July 4 10:30am – 9:30pm (Fireworks 9pm)

The resort will host its Fourth of July fireworks in partnership with the City of Henderson’s Fourth of July celebration.

While free public viewing of the fireworks will be available from many areas inside and surrounding the resort, M Pool will offer a premium firework viewing experience as well. M Pool will be open from 10:30am through the conclusion of the fireworks, approximately 9:30pm.

Heritage Park 4th of July Fireworks with Little Texas

July 4 6pm – 9:30pm (Fireworks 9pm)

It’s America’s Party, right here in Henderson! The popular headliner, Little Texas will perform at 7:30pm in the beautiful setting of Heritage Park. Grab your friends and family and be ready to celebrate with live entertainment, great food, family games and of course, fireworks. This is a free event.

The Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade

July 4 Parade starts at 9am

American spirit will be on full display this Fourth of July at the Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade. Be a part of a time-honored tradition, complete with dazzling floats, larger-than-life balloons, dynamic performances, and, of course, tributes to our U.S. military heroes. It’s sure to bring all the small-town spirit and big-city pageantry you’ve come to expect. So, mark your calendar and make plans to celebrate Independence Day with us! This is a free event.

Location: The parade begins at Hillpointe Road and Hills Center Drive in Summerlin. Participants continue south toward Village Center Circle then west on Trailwood Drive. Finally, the parade ends at Trailwood Drive and Spring Gate Lane.

Independence Day Fireworks at Reflection Bay (Lake Las Vegas)

July 4 Fireworks 9pm 

Lake Las Vegas is hosting its annual free, open-to-the-public fireworks show July 4 at 9pm.

Location: Lake Las Vegas Marina (fireworks can be viewed from the Village Lake Las Vegas and the Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa).

Las Vegas Motor Speedway Fireworks

July 3 5pm (Fireworks after the Night of Fire Race)

Race fans, you can enjoy local stock car racing on July 3 at The Bullring, Las Vegas Motor Speedway’s 3/8-mile paved oval track located off Las Vegas Blvd. Fireworks will take place after the annual “Night of Fire” race #10.

Las Vegas Aviators Fireworks Extravaganza

July 2 & 3 Games start at 7:05pm

Las Vegas Aviators vs. Round Rock Express (Texas Rangers). Sunday and Monday Night Fireworks Extravaganza celebrating July 4th one and two days early. Show starts after the last out of the game.

The Las Vegas Lights play the New Mexico United at 6pm July 4 at Cashman Field. Fireworks will follow the match.

Fremont Street Experience 4th of July Weekend

July 1 Free Concerts

As part of the Fremont Street Experience Downtown Rocks Concert Series, Switchfoot and Skillet will perform free concerts on the 3rd and 1st Street Stages on Saturday, July 1. Skillet (3rd St Stage 9:30pm) and Switchfoot (1st St Stage 7:30pm).

Boulder City 4th of July Damboree Celebration & Fireworks

July 4 Parade 9am, Festivities at Veteran’s Memorial Park 4pm and Fireworks 9pm

The 75th annual Damboree is taking place on the 4th of July in Boulder City. It features a parade, fireworks and much more. Official Site

Pahrump 4th of July Fireworks Show

July 4 Fireworks 9pm 

Giant fireworks display July 4 at 9pm. In 2022 the display lasted over 22 minutes. Free event. Information Link

Laughlin – Rockets Over The River

July 4 Fireworks 9pm

Just after dark the annual Rockets Over The River fireworks display will be free for public viewing along the entire Laughlin River Walk or from your favorite Laughlin hotel. This extraordinary display is one of the most spectacular and unique in the West as the pyrotechnic company launches the rockets into the dark desert sky with the reflection of each colorful explosion shimmering on the Colorado River. Patriotic music will be choreographed to the fireworks and simulcast over speakers by Laughlin hotels and local radio stations.

Mesquite – Rockets Over The Red Mesa

July 4 Fireworks 8pm

For over a decade, Eureka Casino Resort has been home to Mesquite’s Independence Day celebrations with many local families and visitors making it their annual tradition. Bring your own seating to view the fireworks show accompanied by Americana music broadcast on NPR’s local radio station affiliate.

  • From your hotel room or house. “Locals” will be shooting off illegal fireworks all over the Las Vegas Valley. Residents be careful doing this. The fines have doubled if caught this year.
