Construction has begun on Bourbon St. Parade Restaurant & Bar in the Grand Bazaar Shops in front of Horseshoe Las Vegas (formerly Bally’s).
It will be located directly below Giordano’s Pizza Restaurant. The space was formerly a large Starbucks that had a movie theater inside. That Starbucks has remained empty for several years.
No official press release has been issued, but it appears they will be owned by Texas based Truck Yard – Brews, Grub & Tunes.
