On December 19, 2022 Proper Eats Food Hall opened to the public at the ARIA Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. The donut shop is called Easy Donuts. Why?
If you look behind the letters E A S Y on their signs, you will see the words S P E A K, between each letter. The space behind the ordering counter is not a kitchen to make their yummy donuts. It will soon become a Speakeasy, serving cocktails and other libations, called Easy’s Cocktail Lounge.

Everyone thinks they make the donuts in-house in the space behind the food stall. It appears all of their donuts are delivered daily from Carl’s Donuts that has been around since 1966. They picked a great brand.
They do make other items in-house, including sandwiches, drinks and more.
