Dominique Ansel Las Vegas officially opened its doors on Friday, Oct. 21. VegasChanges.com took photos prior to the opening, but we were asked very nicely not to post them online. We chose not to post those photos.
On Halloween we made it back to get photos and buy the “flavor of the month” Cronut. YUM!
The first featured Cronut® flavor is Lucky Cherry Chambord and Caramelia. Available through Nov. 30, the pastry is filled with cherry Chambord jam and Valrhona Caramelia (caramelized milk chocolate) ganache.

It is located in the former Caesars Rewards space, next to Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill. They are open 7am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
