On July 28, the Las Vegas Valley was hit with a large storm with rain, high winds and lightning. Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip had flooding in the casino near the entrance to the Colosseum. This is near the Poker Room. Video is by The Grim Gamer.

Slot attendants are seen turning off slot machines. Caesars Palace remains open.

There are also reports of problems at the Fremont Street Experience, Circa Resort & Casino and other casinos. Several flights were diverted from Harry Reid International Airport.

Several Las Vegas Valley locations received more than an inch of rain during the storm. The strongest wind gust was at Flamingo and Eastern at 71 mph, according to news reports.
