Railroad Pass Hotel, Casino & Travel Center is located in the far southwest corner of the city of Henderson, near Boulder City. Downtown Las Vegas is approximately 19 miles north on US 93/US 95 and Hoover Dam is 12 miles away.
It opened as the Railroad Pass Club on August 1, 1931. It is the longest operating casino in Nevada. The casino was popular with Boulder Dam construction workers who lived in Boulder City, where alcohol and gambling were prohibited.
The hotel features 120 guest rooms and suites that all offer free WiFi, flat screen TV’s, in-room coffee makers and more. They have an outdoor pool and spa. Smoking, non-smoking and pet friendly rooms are available.
The casino has 12,803 square-feet of gaming space with both new and older slot and video poker machines. The casino pit has six tables with Blackjack, Craps and Roulette. The Sports Book is run by William Hill. They use the Player’s Junction Card.

There are two bars in the casino. The Watch & Wager Sports Bar is open 24/7 and is a great place to watch sporting events. The Rail Bar is located near the Iron Rail Café.

Fun Fact 2: On January 8, 1987 Railroad Pass opened their 5-story hotel tower, making them the first Henderson hotel to have more than 100 rooms.
The Travel Center has everything for professional truckers, including dining, weigh stations, showers, parking and 24/7 security patrol. Railroad Pass is owned by Joseph DeSimone and they offer free self parking.
