Resorts World Las Vegas is a Casino and Resort currently under construction on the Las Vegas Strip across the street from the Encore Resort. It was announced on April 19 that the Grand Opening will be on June 24, 2021.
It is owned and operated by the Genting Group, based in Malaysia. It is on the former Stardust Hotel and Casino site that was owned by Boyd Gaming. Boyd was going to build Echelon Place, but they stopped construction in 2008, due to the economic downturn. Boyd sold the site to the Genting Group in 2013 for $350 Million. Resorts World Las Vegas will cost $4.3 Billion to build.
The hotel towers are 59 stories, with 3,500 rooms and suites operating as three separate brands. The Hilton-branded portion, known as Hilton Las Vegas at Resorts World, has 1,770 rooms. The resort will also include one of the largest Conrad hotels in the world – Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World, with 1,500 rooms. Another portion of the hotel with 230 rooms is branded as the high-end Crockfords Las Vegas. Each hotel has its own lobby.
The resort will have a 220,000 sq ft pool complex with seven unique pool experiences including a 1,800 sq ft infinity pool with spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip. They will also have Lania Spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, business center and several luxury retail stores.
The 117,000 sq ft casino will have the latest slot and video poker machines. The casino pit will have all the popular table games, including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, Baccarat and more. They will have a dedicated poker room, private gaming salons and high-limit areas. The Entertainment Zone will feature live entertainment and includes the Race & Sports Book.

The resort will have several bars and lounges, including the Crystal Bar, Dawg House Saloon, Baccarat Bar, High Limit Bar, Conrad Lobby Bar, Crockfords Lobby Bar and two Pool Bars. Starlight on 66 will feature a stunning lounge 66 floors above the Las Vegas Strip.
For entertainment they will have The Theatre, a 5,000-seat theater for musical performances. It contains one of the largest and tallest stages on the Las Vegas Strip. An outdoor pool venue, known as Ayu Dayclub, will feature a southeast Asian island theme. Zouk Nightclub is touted as “the most technologically advanced nightclub in Las Vegas”.
Fun Fact: The west tower has a 100,000 sq ft LED screen, measuring 294 feet in height and 340 feet in width. It took seven months to construct and is one of the largest in the USA. The east tower has a smaller LED screen measuring 19,000 sq ft.
