Saltgrass Steak House has finally opened at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in Downtown Las Vegas. It occupies the space of the Grotto Italian Ristorante that was relocated. It is the second Saltgrass location in Nevada. The other is at the Golden Nugget Laughlin Hotel & Casino.
Saltgrass Steak House was ready to open months ago, but due to COVID-19 the grand opening was delayed until October 1. It joins other Landrys, Inc. restaurants at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas, including Claim Jumper, Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse, Grotto Italian Ristorante, Red Asian Cuisine, Chart House and Cadillac Mexican Kitchen.
