If you want breakfast or lunch weekdays in the Spice Market Buffet at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip – you are out of luck. The hours have been changed. In the past they served breakfast weekdays from 7am to 11am and lunch from 11am to 3pm. They now only have a Prime Rib dinner buffet Monday-Friday from 4pm to 10pm.
Weekends they have a “Champagne” Brunch from 10am-3pm and a dinner buffet served from 3pm to 10pm.
The Spice Market Buffet was very popular until they reduced the size. This happened after a major flood in July 2017 from a broken water pipe in the Planet Hollywood Showroom, on the second floor (now the Criss Angel Theater). They remodeled and re-branded Planet Dailies into Cafe Hollywood, but they decided not to reopen the entire former Spice Market Buffet. It is about half the size of the former buffet.
If you want a weekday brunch, you are all set visiting the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace or the Paradise Buffet at the Flamingo Resort & Casino. Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Caesars Palace and the Flamingo are all owned by Caesars Entertainment.
