Two new restaurants opened on the Las Vegas Strip on Wednesday, February 12th. True Food Kitchen and Pizza Cake by Buddy V. True Food Kitchen is located at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace and Pizza Cake is located at Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. Both Caesars Palace and Harrah’s are owned by Caesars Entertainment. The Forum Shops are owned by Simon Property Group.

True Food Kitchen
From True Food Kitchen: “True Food Kitchen and the one-and-only True Bar, located adjacent to the restaurant, are situated inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace on the main level, southeast corner. The stunning restaurant space features a large dining room with an open kitchen, two private dining rooms, a lively bar and indoor patio lounge.
The dining room and bar elegantly blend brass finishes with natural elements and industrial décor and features Las Vegas-inspired artwork throughout while the two private dining rooms – The Garden of Eden and The Greenhouse – delight guests with uniquely charming backdrops in each. True Bar, which rests above the Forum Shops’ reflecting pool located beneath the shops’ iconic freestanding spiral escalator, features both a retox and detox bar and lounge seating for nearly 70 people.”

Pizza Cake
From Harrah’s Las Vegas: “PizzaCake at Harrah’s in Las Vegas will serve as the first location of the new, fast-casual concept created by Cake Boss star Buddy Valastro. Designed to recreate the typical New Jersey/New York-style pizzeria with elements of street art, old school photos, Buddy’s personal playlist, classic furnishings, and more.
PizzaCake will be the first location on the Las Vegas Strip’s first ever to feature a Cake ATM, equipped with slices from Buddy and his famiglia’s famous Carlo’s Bakery.”
The restaurant replaces the Gifts Plus retail store between Harrah’s Breeze Daiquiri Bar and the Piano Bar. The indoor and outdoor space includes a counter-service restaurant directly off the casino floor, adding table seating, stand up counters, and long glass display cases showcasing the day’s pizza and pastries.
