In June, BEER PARK at the Paris Las Vegas Resort & Casino doubled in size, and we finally got a chance to visit. The new indoor section was formally part of the Chateau Nightclub & Rooftop, on the second floor. The nightclub now occupies the third floor with 13,000 square-feet. Many photos of BEER PARK are posted below.
BEER PARK offers more than 100 draft and bottle beers and handcrafted cocktails. A 9,000 square-foot outdoor deck, host to ESPN’s “SportsCenter” and other national broadcasts, showcases views of The Strip and Fountains of Bellagio. A new, 10,000-square-foot indoor bar and grill, features living room-style furniture and design.
BEER PARK has more than 75 HDTVs to watch sports, plus they offer plenty of entertainment to pass the time with yard games, karaoke, Skee-Ball, Pop-A-Shot and retro arcade games. BEER PARK is one of just a few spots in Las Vegas to offer on-site wagering outside of a Sports Book.
Open daily for lunch and dinner, much of BEER PARK’s cuisine is prepared with meats cooked in an outdoor smoker. Popular selections include the smoked Prime Rib Cheesesteak, Kahuna Cowboy Burger and BBQ Pork Ribs. Every weekend BEER PARK hosts a brunch with breakfast and lunch favorites. The weekend brunch features several imaginative brunch cocktails, including over-the-top Bloody Marys and bottomless mimosas.
The open-air park has an atmosphere combining the feel of a classic baseball stadium and the communal charm of a city park with the spirit of Budweiser; a nostalgic combination that evokes Americana charm. The space was designed to bring people together through various seating experiences, including picnic tables that encourage socializing and a grassy lawn to play classic bar games like giant Jenga, pool and darts.
BEER PARK Hours: Mon-Thu 11am to 11pm, Friday 11am to 2am, Saturday 9am to 2am, Sunday 9am to 11pm. Weekend Brunch 9am to 4pm.
BEER PARK is owned by JRS Hospitality, based in Las Vegas. Paris Resort & Casino is owned by Caesars Entertainment.
