Circa Resort & Casino is located in Downtown Las Vegas on the Fremont Street Experience. It opened on October 28, 2020, and has 35 floors in a 469-foot tower.
The entire resort is restricted to guests and visitors over 21 years of age. As of 2025, they are the only property in the downtown area to have an AAA Four Diamond rating.
They feature 618 guest rooms and suites, with standard rooms measuring 439 square-feet. All rooms feature king size beds and come with a mini-refrigerator.
Circa has Stadium Swim, with a capacity for 4,000 guests, six swimming pools, eight water couches, two swim-up bars and is open year-round. They also have a fitness center, Hertz Rent-A-Car and several shops.
The casino is on two levels with 1,350 of the latest slot and video poker machines, including 138 bar top games and 55 high-limit slots. The casino pit has 49 table games, including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, 3 Card Poker and more. The casino pit features dancing dealers at night.
The three-story Circa Sports Book is the largest in the world, seats 1,000 guests and has a massive 78-million-pixel screen. Circa Sports LINK.
Circa uses the Club One loyalty card, which is also used at The D Hotel & Casino and Golden Gate Hotel & Casino (sister properties).

Circa also has Legacy Club Rooftop Cocktails that has breathtaking panoramic views of the Downtown skyline and seats 200 guests. The entrance leads to the club’s centerpiece: a stunning display of 1,000 ounces of gold.
Circa also has 35,000 square-feet of flexible meeting and convention space.

Fun Fact: Circa is the first hotel and casino in Downtown Las Vegas built from the ground up since the Sundance Hotel in 1980, which became the Fitzgeralds Hotel & Casino, and is now The D Las Vegas.
Fun Fact 2: Circa has a three-story escalator, the tallest in Las Vegas, that transports guests to Stadium Swim.
