It has approximately 225 condominium residences located on the building’s upper floors, as of 2017. It opened as the Mandarin Oriental in 2009 and it has 389 rooms and suites available to rent. The Waldorf Astoria is part of the Hilton Honors loyalty program.

As the Mandarin Oriental it was a 5 Star rated hotel by Forbes and AAA. The Waldorf Astoria has three pools surrounded by cabanas on the 8th floor deck, Yoga and Pilates studio, Technogym® machines at the health club and a 27,000-square-foot spa.
