Park MGM Las Vegas is a hotel and casino located next to The Park and T-Mobile Arena on the Las Vegas Strip. It is the former Monte Carlo Resort & Casino that opened in 1996. On May 9th, 2018, they re-branded the resort Park MGM, and the theme is Nature.

Park MGM has 2,435 rooms, including 170 suites in a 32-story tower. Most standard rooms measure 400 square-feet and suites start at 700 square-feet. They are a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott.

They have three pools, with at least one remaining open year-round. They also have Park MGM Spa & Salon, 24/7 fitness center, business center, Avis car rental, wedding services and several stores.

The top four floors are a separate boutique hotel, called The Reserve at Park MGM, with 293 rooms and suites. From October 12th, 2018, to December 17, 2025, The Reserve at Park MGM was called NoMad Las Vegas. They have a private pool for guests of The Reserve called The Terrace Pool.

Park MGM has over 100,000 square-feet of gaming space, including 900 slot and video poker machines. The 60-table casino pit has all the popular table games, including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, Three-Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em and more.

They also have High Limit gaming with table games, 50 slots and a very nice bar. To place sports bets, they have the BetMGM Sportsbook & Bar.

Park MGM is operated by MGM Resorts International, and they use the MGM Rewards loyalty card.

On The Record is an 11,000 square-foot “secret” speakeasy and nightclub that is open Friday and Saturday nights and had their grand opening on New Years Eve weekend 2018.

They also have Dolby Live that is a theater with 5,200 seats, with the furthest seat from the stage only 145 feet away. Some of the artists that have performed include Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga, Ricky Martin, Usher, Maroon 5, Cher and more.
