On Friday April 27, 2018 Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip added a Vegas Golden Knights Flag to one of the statues in the front of the Hotel Casino Resort. The statue is located between the Caesars Palace fountains and the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. The week of May 10th Caesars Palace added a giant Vegas Golden Knights hockey stick to the statue.
The Vegas Golden Knights are a professional ice hockey team based in Las Vegas Nevada. The team began play in the 2017–18 NHL season, and is a member of the Pacific Division of the Western Conference of the National Hockey League (NHL). They are currently in the Stanley Cup playoffs. Home games are played in the T-Mobile Arena.
Other Hotel Casinos have done similar things the past few weeks, including the Bellagio Patisserie adding a new chocolate display of the Vegas Golden Knights goalie Marc-Andre Fleury the week of April 10th. It was crafted by the Bellagio Master Chocolatier in honor of the Vegas Golden Knights.
New York-New York Hotel Casino added a giant sweater (jersey) for the Vegas Golden Knights on the Statue of Liberty. This was done by MGM Resorts International and Budweiser.
They are selling signed sweaters (jerseys) of the Vegas Golden Knights inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Almost every gift shop in Las Vegas is selling Golden Knights official merchandise, including hats, t-shirts, sweaters (jerseys), stickers, magnets, hockey pucks and more.
