Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino is the former Lady Luck Hotel Casino. It received a top to bottom remodel from 2006 until 2013 when it was reopened as the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino. It is considered a boutique hotel.
It is located a block off the Fremont Street Experience and the Mob Museum is across the street. The theme of the casino is industrial-chic.
The hotel has 1,124 rooms and suites in three towers, the Casino Tower, Grand Tower, and Gallery Tower that opened in September 2020. It is a Preferred Hotel member. Tip: On January 1, 2022, all hotel rooms became non-smoking.
The casino has over 500 of the latest slot and video poker machines. The casino pit has table games, including Blackjack, Roulette, Craps and Pai Gow Poker. Tip: They offer Downtown’s only $1 Blackjack, as well as $5 Craps and $5 Roulette. In January 2023, they opened a brand new Caesars Sportsbook (the only one in Downtown Las Vegas). In the center of the casino there is a bar called Furnace that is open 24/7. Other bars include Fat Cat that opened in October 2023, Citrus at the pool, Art Bar and Hogs & Heifers Saloon.
