Silverton Casino Lodge opened in 1994 as the Boomtown Las Vegas. It changed names to the Silverton in 1997. It is located off Strip and has 300 rooms and suites that received a full remodel in 2023. It has a rustic hunting lodge theme. In May 2024, they opened The Swimmin’ Hole pool deck for hotel guests. This casino is very popular with Las Vegas “locals”.
The casino has over 1,100 slot and video poker machines. They also have 26 table games with Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, Three Card Poker and more. In early 2018 they removed live keno. They have a very nice Sportsbook run by Circa Sports. They use the Silverton Rewards players card.

They have several bars and lounges, including Mermaid Lounge, Flare Bar, Casino Bar, Shady Grove Bar & Lounge (open 24/7) and The Swimmin’ Hole pool bar.
Tip: Silverton Casino Lodge has a 117,000 gallon salt water Aquarium with Mermaid Swims Thursday to Sunday. Stingray feeding daily at 1:30pm and 4:30pm. On select days, kids, teens and adults can go to Mermaid School and Swim in the Aquarium ($175 to $225). Note: this program is intended for participants who are strong swimmers.
Concerts and events are performed in the 11,000 square-foot Veil Pavilion that holds 250 seated and 350 standing. Mermaid Cove Art Galley is located next to the Aquarium. A 165,000 square-foot Bass Pro Shops is attached to the casino.
