The Palms Casino Resort is an off the Las Vegas Strip property located on Flamingo Road that caters to Las Vegas “locals”, tourists and is a very “hip” resort. The entire resort received a $620 million top to bottom remodel and expansion that was completed in 2019. They added many new dining options, new lounges and much more.
It is connected to Palms Place (sister property). Across the street is the Gold Coast and the Rio Hotel casinos. It is about one mile from the Bellagio on the Las Vegas Strip. Tip: Do not walk to the Las Vegas Strip from the Palms at night. The Palms features 703 rooms and suites that opened in 2001.
They have a very nice pool on two levels, The Spa at Palms and fitness center. The resort also includes over 170,000 square-feet of meeting, convention, and event space.
On December 17, 2021 the San Manuel Gaming and Hospitality Authority, an affiliate of the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians received approval from the Nevada Gaming Commission to operate the Palms Casino Resort. They are the first Native American tribe to own a casino in Las Vegas. The property reopened on April 27, 2022.
The Palms has 95,000 square-feet of gaming space with 1,500 gaming machines, including many new slot and video poker machines. The casino pit has over 50 tables featuring all the popular table games, including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold ’em, Three Card Poker and more.
They have a high limit room set in a private gaming environment with six high limit tables and many slots with a private bar. The recently remodeled Sports Book is run by William Hill. Club Serrano is their loyalty card.

Ghostbar is on the 55th floor, providing spectacular views of the Strip and entire Las Vegas Valley. Other bars and lounges include, Unknown Bar in the center of the casino with a giant shark over the bar, Tonic Sports Bar, West Casino Bar and Rojo Lounge at Palms Place.
For shopping you can visit The Shag Store, Stuff I Forgot and Palms Place Boutique. For concerts they have the Pearl Concert Theater that seats 2,500 guests and a Brendon Theatres 14 screen movieplex with IMAX movies.
